The results of observations on stable expressions limited to socio-political topics, extracted from modern publicist texts, are presented. relevance studying the new phraseology that appears and functions in media texts is due need comprehend society transformations changes realities. purpose research characterize institutional relations, nominating power phenomena conflict communication as phraseological units political sphere. article introduces material: most studied have appeared relatively recently Russian language, not recorded dictionaries was National Corpus language. In order determine model nomination, authors used method component analysis, formulate meaning - context analysis reconstruction set expression meaning. Phraseological call public actions, social actors, forms were analyzed.
